PRIVACY POLICY

Who controls the information

The T.R.E.E. Method, operated by Chelsea Bradley, provides event planning tools for individual users and organizations. For questions or privacy requests, contact C.marieevents13@gmail.com.

Information we collect

  • Account information, such as name, email address, organization, sign-in identity, and account role.
  • Planner content you choose to enter, including events, budgets, contacts, vendors, sponsor records, checklists, inventory, communications, surveys, evaluations, and reminders.
  • Vendor compliance information, such as the status of W-9, COI, and Workers’ Compensation or waiver records. Do not upload or enter unnecessary tax identification numbers or sensitive personal data.
  • Basic technical and security information needed to operate, diagnose, and protect the service.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and save the planner, maintain backups, support account access, deliver requested communication features, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not state that personal information is sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers and disclosures

Hosting, authentication, database, email, and file-storage providers may process information only as needed to operate their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate notice and safeguards.

Your privacy choices and data rights

Depending on where you live and whether a particular law applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain processing. You may also withdraw optional cookie consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Submit a request to C.marieevents13@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. We will not discriminate against a user for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Retention, backups, and account deletion

Active account data is retained while needed to provide the service. Backup copies may remain for a limited recovery period before routine deletion. Legal, security, fraud-prevention, and financial records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary or required by law. Users should also export important records and follow their organization’s own retention policy.

Security and responsible use

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. Users must use authorized accounts, limit access, keep credentials private, and avoid storing Social Security numbers, complete tax IDs, payment card details, health information, or other information the planner does not require. Sensitive documents should not be sent through unencrypted ordinary email.

Report a suspected incident promptly to C.marieevents13@gmail.com.

COOKIE POLICY

Cookies and similar storage

Strictly necessary cookies or local storage may support sign-in, security, saving, session continuity, and remembering privacy choices. These cannot be disabled through the preference center when they are required to provide a service you request.

Optional analytics are disabled unless a user affirmatively allows them. If optional advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking is added later, this policy and the preference center must be updated before those tools are activated. Use the Privacy choices button on any page to revisit consent.

TERMS OF USE

Using the planner

  • Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authority to use information they enter or communicate.
  • The planner supports organization and recordkeeping; it is not legal, tax, insurance, accounting, or financial advice.
  • Users must independently confirm vendor insurance, tax, licensing, contract, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or violate another person’s rights.
  • Features may change as the service develops. Material policy changes will be reflected by an updated review date.

Any warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, governing law, dispute process, subscription terms, refund rules, and business entity name should be finalized by counsel before paid public access begins.

ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Our accessibility goal

The T.R.E.E. Method aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA across current desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences. The site is designed for keyboard navigation, visible focus, readable contrast, adaptable layouts, clear labels, reduced motion, and appropriately sized controls.

Accessibility requires ongoing automated and human testing, including testing with assistive technologies. If you encounter a barrier, email C.marieevents13@gmail.com with the page, feature, assistive technology, and problem. We will make a good-faith effort to provide the information or service in an accessible alternative and correct confirmed barriers.
